I've not had any problems, and it's been properly updated to iOS 7 now too with a completely new look.

Also posted in the language learning topic but you guys might also be able to help.

Anyone here know of any inline translator/dictionary apps for iPhone? I've started using my phone a lot for Chinese reading but it's frustrating having to switch apps every time I need to look up a new word. If you change the language settings to Chinese then it gives you access to the inbuilt dictionary but if I could get something similar without having to change the whole settings that would be even better. If anyone here uses PeraPera Kun on Firefox they'll know what I mean.

I've only just noticed...the 'Clock' tile icon shows the actual time.
Please tell me that's new.

The more I use my mini the more I like it. The smaller size does have its downsides at times, but on the whole it's great.

Yeah Im really impressed with mine. Its the first tablet Ive actually bought rather than just played with, and the size is perfect.

Although now my phone feels like gooseberry fool. Might upgrade to an Xperia Z1 or something.

That was added in iOS 7.

I'd been really looking forward to using Apple TV to make my TV a second screen to play games on while still having all my apps open on the mac, but just found out that's only for 2011 mac models and later :(

While it works pretty well, I don't think you're missing out too much when it comes to gaming. There is still a tiny amount of latency here and there so why don't you go for an HDMI connection instead?

Nabbing a new mini from PC World on Tuesday. Only just gone from an iPad 2 to an old mini a couple of months ago, so I know I want the new mini rather than the Air. Sold the iPad 2 to my Dad, and the gf wants the older mini.

Can't wait.

I want to get a cheap little stand/tripod for my iPhone 5 so I can easily position to film. Looking at a traditional tripod and that grippy bendy thing tripod. Anybody used these?

John Lewis pricematch retrospectively for 28 days.

Just pricematched my iPad mini with Tesco for £289.

£289 for an iPad Mini with a 3 year warranty is an awfully good deal for anyone who wants one.

strawberry floating Apple banana splits. Just downloaded the 7.0.4 update and it put the iPad mini into recovery mode. Now it seems that my only option is to restore it to factory settings. strawberry floating hell. :fp: All for just some facetime bug fixes too, apparently.
