I can't wait for this. The trailer in the cinema was fantastic.

None of them are overrated, even if I did need paracetamol for the headache I got from the pixelated mess that was Order of the Phoenix - I don't mean to ridicule, but there were pixels flying everywhere!

The start was woefully bad, made me cringe so badly. The fight in the Ministy more than made up for it though. The best movie so far has been the Goblet of Fire.

The fight at the ministry was the best thing to happen so far, wasn't it?

I do hope they include Bumblesdorf's death and Harry Vs the Deatheaters :( . Not everyone gets involved in that fight, so it wouldn't be as intense as the grande finalé.

Bellamina so looks mean in the new trailer! I can't wait to see her in action again.

Also, to those complaining about changes, surely some of them must be for the better? I mean, who wants to see Harry skulking around Hogwarts bored, when even his friends won't talk to him!? And some of the action scenes look incredible, with CGI only ILM can cook up - nary a stray pixel in sight!

Possibly the weakest of the seven, but by no means a bad book.

Books 2+3 were pretty dull, but it's hits a stride at the end of 4 that it doesn't lose until the train station.

I liked the whole murky past angle of the second book at least. The third had um... well not a great amount no.

Haven't actually read the last book now that I think about it. :fp:

As books go I would rate

4 > 3 > 7 > 6 > 1 > 2 > 5

PLAY | Persona 3 Reloaded [3h]
WATCH | Ted Lasso S3, HiJack S1, Red Dwarf S4, Dexter S2
RACE | Chew Valley 10k (June), GNR (Sept), Cardiff Half (Oct)

But it had no real beginning or end. They rush through the World Cup breaking any mystery along the way by showing you Barty Crouch then there at the big reveal it's over in abuot 5 minutes. They spend the whole of the 3rd film going on about how hard it is to escape Azkaban then accept that Barty has done it in about 5 secs. They basically ignore any sort of plot to focus on their CGI set pieces, utter shite.

I don't understand why people are excited about the 7th book being made into a film either, they spend half the book sat in a sodding field arguing.

The third was easily the best plotted, that's for sure.

Those talking about Voldemort's flashbacks in the 6th book - I thought they slowed it down to a crawl, to be honest. Every time Harry was at the Pensieve waiting for yet another memory, with the slow descriptions, I so wanted everything to speed up!

The 5th was only the worst book because it was hideously overlong.

Think the only 2 pensieve moments in the movie are going to be when Voldemort is at the Orphanage and the Slughorn memory.
