Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I present to you... trees.

Tree 1

This tree, found in Weston Park in Sheffield, is directly outside the lab I'll be working in for the next three and a bit years. I'll be seeing a lot of this old girl.

Tree 2

The first photo is the rather inspiriting view out of my bedroom window. The second picture is a close-up of the only greenery in view. This tree improves the view no end.

Tree 3

A picture of the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin, Washington DC. When I went over to the States to see my girlfriend (who was living there at the time) we decided on a whim to go to Washington DC. Turns out we were there right in the middle of the annual blossoming of the cherry blossoms. This tree represents our reunion.

And in case the cynics among you were thinking I'd just lifted it off Google...

That's me looking incredibly cool and casual.

In other news, I bought a bag of modelling balloons but I can't even blow them up. :oops:

The thing is, We stopped seeing eachother cus she moved away, Im not into the long distance thing. Thankfully, She was always a randy miss and Im blessed with charm and wit. Give me an hour and Ill bed just about anyone.

Mockmaster, I joined a TF2 vent I'd not been in for maybe 6 months and said hi / generally caught up. Does this count? :oops:

Oh man, I'm totally in for this.

I've already done the 'get in touch with someone' task, as I've arranged to meet a lady friend from Uni who I've not talked to since then to meet for dinner in London.

Does Bang Goes The Theory count as a documentary? If so, I've completed the iPlayer task.

It brings a great feeling of warmth at all these people getting in touch with long lost friends and acquaintances.

Im going to a wedding on saturday so i think i should be able to knock the tree, balloon animal and reach back tasks off with that. I'll post pics on Sunday. Ive entered the lottery in mafia wars on face book, does that count for the competition?

I bumped into a distant cousin by chance today who I haven't seen for over a year does this count?

Is there a prize involved that you can win? If so, it counts.

As long as he replies, that's a GET!, right?
