I used 300px x 120 as my rough limit, that's more than enough.

Copy and paste a gamertag into Paint, make it all white, then make something. It doesn't need to be a work of art, hell the best are usually amateur Paint efforts because they have more personality.

I'd say a good rule of thumb would be about 3 times as high as your Xbox gamertag sig, and roughly the same width, maybe a tad longer.

I've just done mine in paint. I think it came out allright.

Being as my PC is broke, Ill have to do the sig on my dad's which only has paint. No fancy effects, but Ive got the whole day off work tomorrow and strawberry float all else to do.
