Yeah you were very unlucky there, as the board ran out only a queen would have won the pot for you whereas I had diamonds.

Well - Omaha was by far my best event so far, just a shame I had a bit of run bad. Was MILES ahead in Omaha terms in the Nova all in, and was well ahead when I turned trips against Drumstick and was all in. The hand I was ashamed of was calling Novas three bet with a low hand, when it came K-Q-J. Even with Novas tiny shove, I only had a baby flush I could even hit - it was an utter disaster flop!

The edge was there, the luck wasn't. I've had a poor series, but I felt I played well in this event, although I am willing to be corrected.

Obv I was behind. The thing which confused me a little was when you led the flop. I figured I was still ahead but due to the high variance I decided to see what the turn came before deciding what to do. I certainly didn't put you on a 6 because you led the flop OOP so the turn wasn't a particularly scary card. Clearly I cannot fold though once you go all in, though I still had outs and got lucky.

I had you on a QJJ9 kind of hand.

It was a straight out bluff against you on the flop. I did one other time during the game but other then that I was very tight. As it was - it was a boon card - as I knew you wouldnt be able to have me on the six as you said - so as soon as it came and you shoved on me, it was a no-brainer. Just unlucky. However, I have been fairly unlucky by my own standards in this tournament. Dont think I've won from behind yet.

Lizzy, you called me pre with A553 out of position and spiked a set. Less of an edge, and more of a lucky call pre. Far too speculative for long term profit, IMO.

Not as bad as me doing it with 223K oop though.

These were about the most connected cards I had the whole game - am I meant to fold them to a smallish raise? I actually think the call of my all in was weak - you never had odds in a million years.

Its alright if you're constantly being dealt K-Q-J-TEN, or A-A-Q-J, but I wasn't!

Definitely didn't mean it to sound like it! Maybe if we were playing HU for like $100 or something, but definitely not in the GRSOP! Just keeping it melodramatic

Are you expecting me to fold whatever I have raised UTG with when you bet the flop then? I don't recall ever showing down rags and so I don't understand what you think I have raised with that I am going to fold on that board tbh.
