Godfather scares me

I do like saying "Godfather copies all" in the mirror though.

Finished. :(

I don't think I've been so moved by a TV series since, well since The Wire. And Band of Brothers. Why can't more people make good TV?

I was really scared in that last episode something terrible was going to happen to Brad :(

Why did they all start fighting during the football match at the end? I figured it was due to frustration and anger because I don't think any of them actually hated each other. Especially Rudy. How could you hate Rudy?

Yeah I didn't really understand the fights at the end. I plan to watch this again fairly soon, as at the time I wasn't paying 100% attention to each episode for a few annoying reasons.

I read the fighting during the football to indicate that no one truly likes each other, that outside of war they won't be friends, buddies or even acquaintances. War is what unites them, all that they have in common.

That was pretty strawberry floating ninja.

Finished this last night and while I loved the performances of Skarsgard and Ransone, I can't help but feel the liberal hindsight was pushed into prominence far too much during its seven episode run. The invasion of Iraq is one of the single dumbest decisions in modern history, I really didn't need to be reminded that it was or even about the military incompetence, to enjoy what is clearly a superb miniseries.

I loved the road movie style of a lot of it too.

Brad and Ray were clearly gay for each other.
