No money to buy it. Thought about torrenting, but it's not the same, is it?

Memento, it's Trade Paper Back.

Keep digging...

A tunnel to the land of awesome?

Yeah...Yeah...Sure. You keep digging. I'll stand here by the top with this cement...for when we build a nice patio in the land of awesomeness.

From Hell is the biggest Graphic Novel I know of. It's not a TPB though.

The largest I own are Box Office Poison which is 600-ish pages and the Commando reprints which are 700 pages long.

How's From Hell not a trade? :?

Yup! The paper on the Fourth World Omnibus is awesome too. It lends itself to the material so well IMO.

Related to Transmet you ever read Global Frequency or Fell?

Fell is good. (when it comes out, the schedule is a bit loose on it) I think you can get the first few in trade. Ellis writing a detective/crime/procedural basically. It can get quite f*cked up in places, as expected. Great Ben Templesmith art too (he did the art on the original 30 Days of Night mini)

Global Frequency is one of the best high concepts ever

The purpose of the organization is to protect and rescue the world from the consequences of the various secret projects that the governments of the world have established, which are unknown to the public at large. The people on the Global Frequency are chosen and called on for their specialized skills in a variety of areas, from military personnel, intelligence agents, police detectives to scientific researchers, academics, athletes, former criminals and assassins. These threats that the organization deals with are equally varied and usually world-threatening, ranging from rogue military operations and paranormal phenomena to terrorist attacks and religious cults.

The issues of Global Frequency are standalone like TV eps almost. There was one issue where there's a bomb about to go off in a city (London I think), in the bomb is the Ebola virus. Also at the same time the city is gridlocked. So the Global Frequency group call in one of their "experts" a female parkour expert. The whole issue is this amazing parkour sequence as she traverses London to stop the bomb.

As I said, high concept.

There are other stories, that's just the one that sticks in my head. They did do a pilot for a tv series a few years back. It would of been cool.

Captain America was really good.

Amazing Spider-Man...hmm...It's either really good, or awful. I can't decide which!
