Blade Runner, by a country mile. I hated TDK, and I firmly beleive it only became as popular as it did because of Heath Ledger's death.

Blade Runner is great and all, but I much prefer Dark Knight. Heath Ledger's Joker performance far outweighs any of those in Blade Runner IMO.

Begins? Phantasm?

Begins is better, but the best Batman film is, of course:

I used to own Blade Runner The Final Cut but I never bothered to watch it. For some reason I have absolutely zero desire to watch it, regardless of how good people say it is. I'm just can't get interested enough to see it at all. Weird. :?

To be honest, I think I'd rather watch The Dark Knight, thought that's not to undermime the quality of Blade Runner.

Having not seen BR I'll go TDK because one of the main characters dresses as a clown.

Surprised by all the Dark Knight hating going on in here, theres no doubt it is going to be a classic (and its by far and away the best Batman).

Obviously Blade Runner though...its close, they are both visually stunning, both have great acting, great scripts and great storylines. Blade Runner has the better music.

I wouldn't say The Dark Knight had a great script.

It was good but too long and the Two-Face arc was underdeveloped. Batman Begins was better.

In which case you'd be wrong.

Its certainly as good as Blade Runner's script anyway...I really don't get what some of you seem to have against Dark Knight, its literally a modern classic.

Two Face was chucked in at the end because they realised that they had no way to end it. Plus the Batman storyline sucked.
