That's correct. Shannon and Cavil aren't in the truce. 6, Xena and Leoben are.
Actually the Sharons are in the truce (except Boomer)
It's the Sharons, Leobens, Sixes and D'Anna vs the Cavils, the token black cylon and the one with short hair...

I didn't watch the webisodes last time do they spoil the sstart of the series as I'd rather not watch if they do.

I think you should watch them - they set up tone/setting well. The Resistance Webisodes really help 3x01's impact for me.
They do sort of spoil the "new" status quo - but there's only been 1 spoilerish thing so far and it's not very big.

The final 10 episodes will start to air on Sky1 - Tuesday Jan 20 @ 9pm.
Will also be aired in HD.

It's set after 4x10 I think, in the break, but it's a little while after they find Earth - it's meant to be before the episode on this week though
Gives some hints as to what 4.5 will be about -

This is the TV event of the decade for me. It ranks alongside the end of Babylon 5, Star Trek TNG, and when all the best characters left ER for anticipation levels.
This is going to be fantastic but sad at the same time
